Do we really need more housing development?
Washington Parish Council say NO and the HCRA Committee say NO to the proposed re-development of the Old Clayton Boarding Kennels on the Washington Road. Planning permission is being sought for the demolition of the existing kennels and cattery, associated buildings and structures including three of the four existing residential dwellings with Old Clayton retained and redevelopment of the site to provide up to 41 dwellings with 40 per cent affordable and new vehicular access.
