Staying fit and healthy is important for all ages and the steps to a fit and healthy lifestyle are not really that complicated, but given that nearly 62% of adults and 28% of children aged between 2 and 15 in England are overweight or obese, it’s clear that it is not easy for everyone. It takes dedication and willpower to exercise regularly, eat a healthy diet and incorporate healthy habits into your lifestyle.
